This website (the "demo") is provided by SpitzeAI, Inc. ("Spitze.AI", "we", "us") so that invited users can evaluate our compression technology. By using the demo you agree to these terms.

1. Your documents

Files you open in the demo are processed entirely in your web browser, on your own device. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we do not see, store or collect their contents. The demo uses no analytics and sets no cookies.

2. Confidential technology

The compression models, software, file format and other materials in the demo (the "Technology") are confidential and proprietary to Spitze.AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your browser downloads parts of the Technology only so that the demo can run on your device.

Except as strictly needed for that purpose, you may not copy, save, extract, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, publish or redistribute the Technology, disclose it to any third party, or use it or its output to build, train or benchmark any other model, product or service, without our prior written consent.

3. Evaluation only

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the demo for evaluation. No other licence or right is granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Spitze.AI.

4. No warranty

The demo is an early technology demonstration provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Always keep your original files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spitze.AI is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the demo, including loss of data.

6. Trademarks

"Spitze.AI" and the Spitze.AI logo are trademarks of Spitze.AI. No right to use them is granted.

7. Changes
